Jace Watson
Founder & CEO
Jace Watson is a Tyler native and 1976 graduate of John Tyler High School. He has worked in the construction industry since high school gaining experience in many phases. In the recession of the late 1980’s Jace worked for the City of Tyler as the Assistant Superintendent for Tyler Water Utilities. Upon the return of the housing market, Jace went into private business opening Watson Plumbing in 1991.

Ruben Watson
President & Project Manager
Ruben Watson is a 2011 graduate of Texas A&M University where he was a member of the Aggie Band and Corps of Cadets. After graduating he worked in Houston for The MLN Company, a large mechanical contracting company, and D.E. Harvey Builders, a General Contracting Company. He successfully managed over 100 million dollars in projects simultaneously to completion before returning to Tyler to manage Watson Plumbing, Inc.

Randy Watson
Service Manager & General Superintendent
Randy Watson is a 2001 graduate of Brownsboro High School. After graduation, he went on to serve his country in the United States Marine Corps for 2 years as a combat engineer, 3 years as a Marine Security Guard, and 4 years inactive reserves. Upon returning to civilian life he re-entered the plumbing trade earning his Master License, as well as many endorsements. He manages the Watson Plumbing service branch and provides oversight of all field operations as the company General Superintendent.
